0.-Read the following instructions carefully.
1.- Sit on a chair.
2.- Remove the case from your mobile phone.
3.- Choose one of the videos on your mobile phone and play it in full-screen mode.
4.- When the video starts playing, place your phone inside the virtual reality headset.
5.- Put the goggles on properly.
6.- Turn the adjustment wheel on the goggles until the video looks sharp.
